| Practical -

This is the last practical class for this semester, hence concluding this module for us. It has been very interesting and fun to learn about photography and get familiar with the softwares we used. We finalised our submissions and e-portfolios in this class under the guidance of Mr. Fauzi.

Feedback :

- He said submissions were fine, however he said for more points I should add both animations for the different resolutions into one composition video, to showcase them both together.

Process :
  - I had to use photoshop for this task, and finished it within the day.

- I created a file where both the format for the double screen and vertical screen were present
- Then I added my two videos made to fit both resolutions
- Adjusted the timelines for everything to align
- Render and export
- Uploaded to YouTube

Final Outcome -

Reflection

For the final project, animating our poster has been really fun and interesting, where using After Effects has been really fun and enjoyable, while being easy to use it is a bit tedious but it made my work presentable and express what I wanted to do. It was a good way to end the Digital Photography module, where I got to learn more about different softwares, such as Photoshop and After Effects, as well as being able to explore my knowledge and experience on taking photography and making edits, which allowed me to express myself well.

Overall, my experience in this module has been challenging yet fun, getting to experience it with my classmates and being guided by my teacher, it has taught me a lot about design pertaining to photography, editing, and animation, where we primarily used photographs to explore with. It was something new for me as I have never really used Photoshop or edited images to be ‘surreal’ or too explore with my imagination, as well as never have animated photographs in comparison to frame-by-frame animation like drawing. Being introduced to After Effects was very beneficial and that is probably one of my favourite softwares to use as it is easy, and I’m still getting the hang of Photoshop on the other hand as there is still much I have to discover. I thank everyone apart of my journey in Digital Photography & Imaging, and they helped me get through the course with positivity.
